Our ceramics are handcrafted by artisans using time-honored techniques. Most of our stoneware is chip-resistant and safe for use in the oven, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer.
How should I care for my glassware?
To preserve the clarity and longevity of your glassware, we recommend hand washing with a mild detergent. For dishwasher-safe items, use a gentle cycle and avoid high-heat drying settings.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and expedited shipping across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, and tracking information will be emailed once your package departs our warehouse.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit my decor?
Yes, we accept returns on unused and unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
