Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Juliska treasures for years to come, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized items and final sale selections are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective gift boxes and shipping cartons to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
